CAllie Girl offers FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and for all U.S. territories on orders over $100.  If you place an order over $100 be sure to select the FREE shipping method during check out. 

Standard Delivery orders ship from CAllie Girl via USPS first class mail. Standard deliveries typically arrive within 3-8 business days once your order has been processed and shipped. Please be advised that standard deliveries may take up to 10 business days, with the exception of holidays.

Priority Mail Delivery: Orders shipped via Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 business days following processing. 

Express Mail Delivery: Orders shipped via express shipping will arrive at their destination within 1-2 business days. Express mail delivery orders are fully insured. Once the package ships, you will receive tracking information.

Canada Shipping: is a flat rate of $19.95 and will automatically be applied at checkout for all Canadian Orders. Transit time 7-15 business days.

World Wide Shipping is a flat rate of $39.00 and will automatically be applied at checkout for all International Orders. Transit time 10-21 business days. 

PLEASE NOTE: Duties for International orders - CAllie Girl is not in control of any Duties or Tariffs put on your order by your government. Taxes and Duties will most likely be charged on items you ordered and is your responsibility if placed on your package by officials.

Please only enter physical address during check out. PO boxes are not guaranteed through USPS and therefore we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation and you will be sent an email providing you with any applicable tracking information.

On weekends or holidays, your package will ship out the next business day. Shipping times can be affected by national holidays, adverse weather conditions and other issues. We are not responsible for delays and extra fees incurred due to these events. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the USPS service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from USPS. If you have not received an email within 3 business days of your order, please contact CAllie Girl at shipping@calliegirloc.com or by using the link at the bottom of our page.

If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Note to Customers: CAllie Girl is not responsible for items that are delivered when you are away from home, provided that there is valid proof of delivery.

All packages shipped from CAllie Girl are insured through USPS. If you need to make a claim about a missing or damaged package, you may need to fill out a claim via USPS.
